Question about my strange flexibility

hi.



so basically i can do 180 degree split jerk but only when i got support.

i need warmup ofcourcse but, then i need support to push myself down to 180 degree, it doesnt hurt or so, but i cant do 180 degree without support.

why is it so? is it bad? what should i train?



i do train weighted split jerk, thats how i got 180 degree with support.
